Brief

To encrease pre-event ticket sales through a contemporary Marketing Strategy.

What we did

The Sunshine Coast Council had in previous years used traditional marketing to advertise ticket sales for the PGA. in 2011 they felt they needed to employee someone to radically change the way the pre-event tickets were marketed. We used some traditional channels such as inserts in the Brisbane News and a formal letter to past attendees, but generally we used online and social media to reach the PGA’s audience.

Outcome

Sales were up by 200%.
