Brief

Provide ‘concept to completion’ services to the Accor General Manager's conference ensuring that the Accor brand standards were met and that core conference messaging was delivered at every touch point.

What We Did

Produced conference sponsorship sales material, delegate direct mail pieces to encourage a high level of attendance, a conference website leading up the conference to act as a communication point, a conference multi-media package including a high impact introduction covering the history of Accor in Asia and deliver branded conference collateral including note paper, magazine and signage. Six Degrees was also engaged to manage the delivery of all multi-media during the conference in Beijing in partnership with lighting and sound technicians.

Outcome

The 2008 Beijing conference was to be the most successful in the events history. Event sponsorship covered substantial parts of the conference budget and 300 GMs were delivered safely back to the airport with only a few spots of paint.
