Six Degrees is a proud sponsor of the inaugural Sunshine Coast Business Expo, being held on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 October 2009 at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort. Featuring a plethora of workshops, Key Note speakers and trade stands, the Expo will present all the latest business information and tools to help support and grow local businesses. As part of our Sponsorship, Six Degrees created the Sunshine Coast Business Expo logo and brand, marketing collateral and website, positioning the Expo as one of the key business opportunities for the Sunshine Coast.

Business Expo delegates can attend more than 20 Business Briefing Sessions and visit 50 Information Booths over the two days. Business and government trade stands will entertain and educate in general management, personal development, communications, promotions, marketing, education, new technology in IT, legal advice, government legislation, training, banking & finance, travel, tourism, local produce, technologies, sustainability, eco business, employment and much more.

The Business Expo will also inform operators of small to medium size businesses how to access information that is available from local and state governments, educational institutions and other businesses in the region. There will be entertainment and surprises in store for everyone, and free child minding is available throughout the whole Expo. The Sunshine Coast Business Expo will draw to a close on Saturday evening 24th October with the prestigious Sunshine Coast Excellence in Business Awards

Business Networking Breakfast

Expo will launch with a Business Network Breakfast on Thursday 22, with special guest Mayor Bob Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity to network with hundreds of other businesses owners and meet with the local business and Government Departments trade booths.
